1. Using DeepManim
DeepManim is operated by David KAMGANG NINTCHEU, referred to in these terms as DeepManim. These terms apply to the service at deepmanim.com, including its chat, generation, sharing and API features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to do so. You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have the authorization required by the law that applies to you.
For questions about the service, these terms or your account, contact support@deepmanim.com. Our privacy policy explains how account information, Google sign-in information, prompts, files and other service records are handled.
2. Your account and access
Keep control of your sign-in account and any API keys you create. Do not share credentials publicly, impersonate another person or use an account without authorization. Notify support if you believe your DeepManim account or API access has been misused. You are responsible for activity that you authorize through your account.
3. Your inputs and generated content
Submit only prompts, images, documents and other material that you have the right to use and provide for processing. You authorize DeepManim and the service providers involved in a request to process, store and transmit that material as needed to generate, deliver, save, revise and support your requested explanations and associated features.
These terms do not transfer ownership of your inputs to DeepManim. You may use your generated explanations, including commercially, subject to applicable law and the rights associated with your inputs, source materials and any third-party content. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs; the service does not establish that an output is exclusive, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Review material before publishing or reusing it.
4. AI-generated explanations
DeepManim uses AI and automated rendering to create explanations. Answers, code, visuals and narration can contain factual errors, omissions, inappropriate material or technical failures. Check important claims against reliable sources. Generated explanations do not replace qualified medical, legal, financial, safety or other professional advice.
Features, supported models, processing times and availability can change. A generation request does not guarantee a particular result, timing or uninterrupted service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use DeepManim to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, exploit or harass people, misrepresent someone’s identity or authorization, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, or obtain another user’s information without permission. Do not upload secrets or material that requires confidential storage. Use automated/API access within the limits shown by the service and protect any credentials used for it.
6. Credits, purchases and subscriptions
Available plans, credit quantities, generation costs, prices, taxes and billing periods are presented in the service and checkout. Review those details before purchasing or submitting a generation request. Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe. Purchasing credits or a subscription does not guarantee that every generation will succeed or meet a particular creative expectation.
A recurring subscription renews according to the terms displayed at checkout unless you cancel renewal. Use the account’s billing controls or Stripe customer portal to manage the subscription. Disabling renewal ordinarily leaves the current paid period in place; it does not by itself reverse a previous charge. For a billing error, refund request or question about credits, email support@deepmanim.com with enough information to identify the purchase. These terms do not remove refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply by law.
7. Sharing, downloads and deletion
Choosing to make a chat public lets other people view the shared content and may let them copy or fork it. You are responsible for the material you choose to share. Turning sharing off cannot recall existing copies or downloads. Uploaded attachments and generated media can also have publicly readable direct URLs, even if the conversation is not shared. See the privacy policy’s sharing section before submitting confidential material.
Deleting a conversation from your history does not necessarily delete its files, backups or records held by providers or other people. Contact support for account closure or broader deletion requests.
8. Protecting the service and your rights
Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal requirements or serious breaches of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. You can stop using the service at any time; stopping use alone does not cancel an active paid subscription.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
